American Water Works Association (AWWA)
is the authoritative resource for knowledge, information, and advocacy to improve the quality and supply of drinking water in North America and beyond. AWWA is the largest organization of water professionals in the world. The website contains information on drinking water security, water conferences, a huge list of available of studies and books for purchase.

American Water Resources Association (AWRA)
is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the advancement of men and women in water resources management, research, and education. Site lists good links, water resources publications listing, and conferences and events.

Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA)
Site contains Federal Water Review information, Regulatory information, information on the Safe drinking Water Act, and more.

National Association of Water Companies (NAWC)
a trade association representing private and investor-owned water utilities.

National Rural Water Association (NRWA)
is a federation of 45 state rural water associations that represent over 18,000 water and wastewater utilities across America.

National Water Resources Association (NWRA)
is a nonprofit federation of state organizations whose membership includes rural water districts, municipal water entities, commercial companies and individuals. Site lists legislative issues and regulations.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Water
Site contains information on drinking water regulations. Legislation, publications and educational resources.

WaterISAC
The WaterISAC was officially launched in December 2002. This highly secure Internet portal is the best source for sensitive security information and alerts to help America 's drinking water and wastewater community protect consumers and the environment. Has a terrific Links section.
